Billy Moyer Runner-Up in Season-Ending Coors Light Fall Classic!

(BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) Billy Moyer Racing (BMR) rolled into Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, Mississippi on October 23-24 for the annual running of the 'Coors Light Fall Classic,' which closed out their 2015 campaign. The unsanctioned Super Late Model special drew a strong 45 car field and all eyes were fixated on the $15,000 winner's check. On Friday night during preliminary action, Billy Moyer knocked down the third fastest lap in Group B during qualifying prior to grabbing the third transfer spot through his heat race.

After starting the 100-lap headliner from the outside of the fifth row, Billy vaulted forward and had his sights set on his first 'Fall Classic' victory. He took the second spot late in the race from Jared Landers and battled hard for the point in the final circuits before settling for a close runner-up performance behind only victor Mike Marlar. Full results from the season-ending show at Whynot Motorsports Park can be found online at www.whynotmotorsportspark.com.
