qwick change from 9 inch

I know this has been discussed before but I wanted to see what everyone has found when changing over from 9 inch to qc rearend. I have a 14 shaw with 6 nights on it. it works very good now but what will I have to change and will the car react the same? thanks charlie

1. Don't go off pinion hieght when setting J-bar after the change, the Q/C is 1.5" lower then the 9" so if you set both 1" below pinion hieght you will be 1.5" lower then the 9".

2. Also measure the front to back of the pinion mount from the axle centerline as changing this can effect the changing of j-bar rake during acceleration when the pinion raises under power

3. Pull bar mount: Make sure to measure mounting points from axle centerline not from top of rear end.
