The 2016 POWRi National Midget Schedule is out. No surprises but a good solid schedule again in 2016. Little Belleville will host the midgets 6 times, Mighty Macon 5 times, Jacksonville 3 times and including the August 20th Saturday night show following the Saturday afternoon running of the Tony Bettenhausen Memorial 100 USAC Silver Crown race at The Springfield Mile at The Illinois State Fairgrounds. August 20th will be a great racing day with those 2 shows being within an hour of each other and run at times that allow attending both!

Also on the docket for 2016, POWRi will make an appearance at the historic Angell Park Speedway in Sun Prairie, Wis., on July 3 for the 35th annual Pepsi Nationals. Other standout events include Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, Ill., on May 20, St. Francois County Raceway in Farmington, Mo., on June 25 and Spoon River Speedway on Sept. 10.

Fairbury American Legion Speedway looks to attempt to host the POWRi National midgets for the 3rd time in as many years on July 16th. The FALS show has been rained out the past 2 years and not rescheduled. Hopefully Mother Nature allows for the midgets to run this year.
