You need to burn 30 percent more fuel. It isn't as easy as just increasing jet size the passages in the carb need to be opened up as well. I burned E85 last year with a holley 500 and the 2 seasons prior to that I burned E98 with a holley 5200. This year I'm going to try the 5200 with E85. When I first switched to E98 I dynoed my engine on 110 octane race gas and then put the E98 carb on and gained 10 horsepower. I switched to E85 because I was having issues with E98 loading up in the turns. E85 didn't have this issue. Just make sure the carb you use is set up to run E85. Good luck.
