    ^^^Great post. And i agree, I posted something not to long ago about his interview after a race in Florida and he just looked lost and confused like a baby raccoon. I hope he was just tired. He is never the most articulate during interviews but he was extra slow acting that night. Lots of stumbling and mumbling.

    Scott has to be difficult to work for. He is incredibly detail orientated and guarded of his information, I imagine it would be a high stress environment. To top things off, any top talent he hires, besides maybe Rumley who can incorporate the engineering aspect, will be lucky to know as much or even half as much as Scott. He's one of the best crew chiefs in the sport, without the title. I have a feeling any and all changes to that car, do not happen without Scott's approval. Some people would find that a blow to their ego and difficult to handle.
