    Default Crate Setups

Finally sold the open and bought a crate, any advice on setup changes? A lot of the crates cars I see look too tight, is this because of the lack of horsepower or do these guys just not know how to make a car turn?

Most cars are too tight. Supers included. But supers can "cure" it by spinning the tires when needed.

A father and son that race at our local track got crates after running open motors for several years. All they typically do is raise both bottom bars to free up car on entry and exit. They may also add or remove weight for rear percentage, depending on track conditions. JMO
