Congrats to Brian Shirley for the Thaw Brawl Sweep!!

A BIG congrats to Brain Shirley on the LaSalle Thaw Brawl sweep! Man what an effort by the squirrel. He dominated Friday nights 50 lapper, started 7th on Saturdays 75 lapper and picked off the competition one by one and deserved the win. A smartly driven race and a most deserving outcome by a fan favorite.

The combination of Brains talent, Bob's Longhorn chassis's and Arnie's primary support along with all of Brians sponsors, many whom have been with him for years, his crew at the track Chad and Roscoe all have the 3s team moving forward. How great are these guys and sponsors to jump in and give the squirrel new life! They all knew he needed new equipment and some financial backing to get back up to speed. We as fans applaud their efforts and we are rewarded with the 3s once again being a threat to win at any racetrack! Good things happen to good guys for sure.

Maybe a sweep at the upcoming WoO Illini 100 this weekend? GO squirrel. Kick some WoO butt!
