    Default Bert transmission problem

I am having trouble shifting from low to high when I'm moving on track.
I can sit in the shop or the pits with the engine idling and shift from low to neutral easy but the minute I go on track it will not shift OUT of low. Let me say it again, it WILL NOT COME OUT OF LOW TO NEUTRAL.
I've pulled it out and took the cover off and I can't see anything causing this problem. No chipped gears, no slop in the shifter shafts or main shaft.
Has anyone went threw this before?
And one other thing, this is not my first rodeo, I know how to shift it...done it a thousand times before. Lol
If your not racing on dirt it's your on asphalt!

Shorten the low gear linkage rod. Had the same problem when I started. With the rod a tad too long it will not come out of low and the trans will NOT shift into high gear.
