Speedway champ style oil pan

Can anyone tell me if speedway champ style oil pan is 7 quarts with or with out the filter?

Pan only is 7 quarts per their website.

Mine holds 8 though haha!....

I bought a "garage sale" priced one on teh web site and cut it up to make what I really wanted.
I suppose how much it hold depends on what level you want the oil to be at huh?
I fill with 7 1/2 quarts or until it runs out the plugs on the left side next to the oil filter.

Yea speedway says 7 quart sump. So I wasn't sure. I'll pull the plug and see where it's at and add till it comes out. Right?
