Pate has 288 points after four wins and six top five finishes in six races over six weeks of NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division competition. Pate holds a three point lead over Branden Harris of Molino, FL, who is second in the standings with 285 points after one win, five top five finishes and seven top ten finishes in seven races over six weeks.

Harris finished seventh on Saturday night in NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division Week 7 action at Flomaton Speedway in Flomaton, AL driving the BH Built Bodies Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Cory Korreckt of Lincoln, AL is third in the standings with 284 points after two wins, and six top five finishes in six races over six weeks of NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division competition. Korreckt drove the Red Door Saloon Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine to a third-place finish Saturday night at Talladega Short Track.

Howie Reeves of Crestview, FL is fourth in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 280 points after seven top five finishes and nine top ten finishes in nine races over six weeks of racing. Reeves finished sixth on Saturday night at Flomaton Speedway in the Howie’s Welding Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Stuart Wilson of Milton, FL picked up a 40-point win on Friday night at Northwest Florida Speedway in Baker, FL with a seven-car field. Wilson actually picked up one more point with a 12th-place finish on Saturday night at Southern Raceway in Milton, FL with a car count of 15.

Wilson is fifth in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 279 points after five wins and seven top five finishes in eight races over six weeks of competition the Wilson Lumber Company Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine. Races with car counts of less than eight are 40-point-to-win races and fields with car counts of eight or more are 50-point-to-win races.

Bo Bailey of Milton, FL is sixth in the standings with 275 points after one win, five top five finishes and six top ten finishes in six races over six weeks. Bailey drove the L&L Construction Services Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine to a third-place finish Saturday night at Southern Raceway.

Jason Jarrell of Hattiesburg, MS is seventh in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 268 points after three wins, six top five finishes and seven top ten finishes in eight races over six weeks. Jarrell finished 12th on Saturday night at LA 36 Speedway in Lacombe, LA driving the Jarrell Rigged Race Cars Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

David Windham of Florala, AL is eighth in the standings with 260 points after three top five finishes in six races over six weeks. Windham drove the Florala Pharmacy Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine to a 14th-place finish on Saturday night at Southern Raceway.

Blake Ewing of Carriere, MS is ninth in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 255 points after two top five finishes and five top ten finishes in six races over six weeks in the Richie’s Gun and Pawn Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine. Ewing finished seventh on Saturday night at LA 36 Speedway.

Mickey Trosclair has been the man with the hot hand in NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division competition, as he has posted five 50-point wins in five starts for a total of 250 points to round out the top ten of the standings. Trosclair drove the Blaise Racing Chevrolet to his fifth win of the season on Saturday night at LA 36 Speedway.

So, that’s the top ten of the point standings after the first seven weeks of NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division competition. With the best 14 weekly finishes counting as a driver’s season total, we can use the Weekly Point Average, or WPA, to determine who is hot and who is not among the top 20 in the point standings that have run five or more weeks.

The top three drivers on the WPA list are tenth, 11th and 12th respectively in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division point standings. Trosclair has a perfect score of 50 with five 50-point wins over five weeks of racing.

Spencer Hughes of Meridian, MS is 11th in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 249 points after four wins and a second-place finish in five weeks of racing driving the B & J’s Tire and Service Center Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

That gives the 15-year-old driver the second highest WPA among the Top 20 in the point standings at 49.8. Hughes gained 49 points in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division Week 7 competition with a pair of second-place finishes on both Friday night and Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, MS.

Larry Faulk of Monroeville, AL has the third highest WPA of 49. Faulk is 12th in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 245 points accumulated over five weeks of competition in the Todd Blizzard Racing Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine. Faulk took his third win of the season on Saturday night at Flomaton Speedway.

Point leader Pate has the fourth highest WPA at 48, and Harris has the fifth highest WPA at 47.5. Korreckt has the sixth highest WPA at 47.33 and Jason Price of Pelham, GA has the seventh highest WPA at 47. Price is 14th in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with 235 points earned over five weeks of competition in the Godwin Pecan Chevrolet.

Reeves has the eighth highest WPA among the Top 20 drivers in the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division point standings at 46.67, and Wilson has the ninth highest WPA at 46.5. Bailey has the tenth highest WPA at 45.83.

Johnny Stokes of Columbus, MS was the winner on Friday night at Whynot Motorsports Park driving the Robinson Racing Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine. Bronson Grainger of Corinth, MS drove the Grainger Racing Chevrolet to the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division win on Saturday night at North Mississippi Motor Park Speedway in Corinth, MS.

Kenneth Thomas of Albany, GA was the winner on Saturday night at Albany Motor Speedway in Albany, GA driving the Elite Lawn Chevrolet. Sean Goodwin of Pensacola, FL drove the Climate Control of Pensacola Chevrolet to victory on Saturday night in NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division action at Southern Raceway.

Mike Palasini Jr. of Leland, MS won both the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Late Model feature and the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division feature race on Saturday night at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, MS driving the Bond’s Towing Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine.

Ronald Dunn of Corinth, MS took the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division win on Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park in the Dunn Motorsports Chevrolet powered by a $3,495 Chevrolet Performance 602 Circle Track Engine. Jimmy Woodard of Mount Pleasant, TN took a 40-point win on Saturday night at Thunderhill Raceway Park in Summertown, TN driving the Ferguson Head and Block Repair Chevrolet.

Randy Lovell of Kountze, TX is working toward becoming a NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division title contender, as he drove the Factory 41 Race Cars Chevrolet to his fourth win in four starts Saturday night at Battleground Race Park in Highlands, TX.
