Cory Hedgec ock Pushes ’16 Win Tally to Eight

Loudon, Tennessee (5/10/16) –Cory Hedgec ock pushed his 2016-win tally to eight over the weekend with another triumph in his Brucebilt Performance #23 Smithbilt Homes Steel Head Late Model.

Cory Hedgec ock visited Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tennessee) on Friday night, competing in a field of 15-entries. Posting the second fastest time in qualifying behind Ryan King, Cory earned the pole position starting spot for the feature after King opted to start on the high-side. Regaining the 2nd- position after a late-race caution, Hedgec ock held on for a runner-up finish behind King with Greg Estes, Jason Cardwell, and Trevor Sise rounding out the top five.

Saturday brought Cory to I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tennessee), wheeling the #23 Steel Head Late Model for the second-straight night. In the finale, Hedge(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) soared to his eighth victory of the season with Justin Summers, Brad Coffey, Ruben Mayfield, and Tyler Adams completing the top five finishers.
