Justin Schmidt picked up his first feature win of the season after over taking pole sitter Tony Peterson on lap 15 of the 25 lap caution free feature event. Tim Buhler passed Brad Mueller on the last lap to take 2nd, Mueller held on for 3rd and Taylor Scheffler charged from his 12th starting spot to pick up 4th. The race was run caution free with vivid lightning flashing around the area as heavy storms approached the track.
