Heck, dirt late model racing defacto month of money just got bigger. 6 shows paying 27k or more to win in a less than month. Plus you have all those midweek shows too. Oh my!!

They tried the three night deal in the early 2000's. Cars showed, people didn't until Sat Night. It was great fun, but they lost their butts on Thurs and Friday. Ask them.
This year should be fine for several reasons. First many people already have Latham tickets. BTW, I wish they would have a show like this every year. However the Friday night heats program has been a huge success IMO> They should attract about 80 cars this year, also IMO

That weekend could be one of the best of the year for the fans, as well as the racer's! With the money that has been posted for both events, just to make both shows is decent travel money for most teams. The racing at Florence seems to get better as the track gets slicker! I would think more cars would take a chance on trying to make the show since they will have two chances to get into a high paying event. Looking forward to a great weekend of racing!!
