    Default pickup tube suggestions

I need a pickup tube for a 7 1/4" deep pan, HV pump. I ordered one that was supposed to be for the pan and it turned out to be a piece of china's junk. Any suggestions

Champ Pans part number 1009SB is made for a 7" deep pan with a standard volume oil pump. Your high volume pump is 1/4" longer than a standard volume pump so this pickup tube will work well with your 7 1/4" deep pan and HV pump combination.

You also need to make sure that your oil pan is made for the oil pickup tube to be extended toward the right side in the kickout like the Champ Pan CP57.

I'm not positive which one it is but it is very similar to the Speedway Motors claimer pan.

You likely have the CP100....or the Chinese copy that speedway sells. I have the same one and made some mods to it for my liking. I think Speedway is a little off on the sizing but measure to make sure because mine is the 7 3/8.
Here is what they list works for the style Op you have

    Name Application Info Price
    100SB M55HV 5/8” x 7” deep $31.88
    100BB M99HV/M77HV 3/4” x 7” deep $36.41
    1001SB 155HV/10551 3/4" x 7" deep $36.41
    1003SB 10555/10552 3/4" x 7" deep $36.41
    1009SB M55 stock 5/8" x 7" deep $36.41
    1012SB M155 stock 3/4" x 7" deep $45.47

I double checked and it is actually 7 3/8 also. And it doesn't look like one with the long tube will fit. I think it will hit the divider and gate in the kick out. Not sure. It looks close to the cp57 but I think it is going to be the speedway pan. I have the m55hv pump

I went with a kevko #1002. It worked right out of the box without having to make any adjustments. Good looking, quality part. Thanks for the pointers.
