To answer your question, no you cannot change picks. Best strategy might be to wait until Thursday morning to pick, or play it safe and eliminate the chance that you'll forget. Unfortunately with starting the contest a week in advance, it becomes a guessing game with certain drivers, and even then some can change their minds as late as the day of the event.
