Tire ideas...

I had an idea for big shows to maybe get some of this tire doctoring out of the equation. Short of making everyone buy their tires at the track, perhaps there could be a random draw of which tire or tires you have to buy at track. I'm envisioning at Eldora you would pull a number representing a corner of the car. That # or 2 #'s if you wanted would be the corners that would have to use tires bought at the track.

Not perfect and a bit random, but it may control some of the cheating by not knowing which corners to juice tires for ahead of time. Also, Hoosier wouldn't have to bring inventory to outfit all 4 corners on every car. I'm guessing that is not feasible except for a handful of shows every year.

Just a thought. Curious to hear other ideas & if they could be feasible.
