20 Midgets on a bullring like that will/would be an awesome show. However, with $3000 to win, I would expect there to be more than 20 there.

I think we can expect a decent midget car count for this event. We're headed over to Fairbury with the camper later today (Friday) to hang out with some rabid midget fan friends who've never been to FALS. We'll have all day Saturday at the track to get in the right mood for the evenings racing events.

I really hope Fairbury has their $hit together in regards to push trucks and organization. Tracks that don't often host midgets and sprints have a tendency to sometimes drop the ball in those regards.

Keith Kunz Motorsports drivers Spencer Bayston and Tanner Thorson both have Fairbury POWRi on their schedule.

Don't know how much the Indiana Sprint Week event over in Indiana at Bloomington Speedway will hurt car count and crowd. Hope not too much. Probably won't hurt car count but I'm betting there are more than just a few folks over near the Indiana-Illinois border that will opt for ISW at Bloomington that might normally have come to Fairbury for POWRi.

    Thumbs up

I imagine there could be a good field of late models using this race as a tune up for next weekends WOO LMS sanctioned Prairie Dirt Classic.

Are you saying something you learnt this week would be outdated and uneffective in two weeks?
