They must have sensed the foul language when the stream went away. They played Christian music. Is there any worse time to play that, than when your having a melt down.

Yes sir, that old man still has it. He had a pretty nasty wreck a few weekss ago, and it bruised him up pretty bad from what I heard. It is good he's back and running well.

As far as the radio deal. Its my local radio station and they play gospel music every Sunday at the same time. I don't know if it's programmed or what, and maybe thats what cut the race short. I know one of the guys that does the racing radio is on this site, he may know what happened.

I bet I literally have seen with my own eyes have seen Delmas win somewhere around 50 races. He would win every Friday night at Beckley speedway and then head back to southern Ohio and win somewhere on Saturday. Used to be a race in Beckley called the USA 100 that paid 10,000 and Delmas won that race 4 times that I know of. That race would draw Moran, Balzano, Boggs, chargin Charley Swartz, Rodney Combs, Purvis, I mean big names and Delmas would either win or break while leading. Delmas was always competitive down there until the Bloomquist, Moyer, davey Johnson would show. I miss watching the 71 show up and take the money home.

Its probably close to that or more for me between atomic, the old southern, prp, and God knows where else. I seen him run his own son Rod off the back stretch last year at atomic to win, he definitely still has the fire of a 20 year old. He's always the man to beat at atomic on a weekly basis, i know hes won once if not twice this. I just hope to be alive at 74, let alone driving a race car.

Did anyone else notice the Chassis brands that where up front? A couple name brands missing. Barry Wright, Kriptonite and Swartz.

The conleys have been hit and miss since they got their XR1's. The one that seems to be struggling the most is Rj. I know his main helper moved on to another job, seems like he hasn't been the same since.

Linville was all over every inch of Boggs' fuel cell. I don't think he ever really hit him hard enough to bend the quarters though. Good car control on his part.
