Default Car won't get on the bars

Have a 11' rocket modified, pinto spindles 4bar/4bar with pull bar. My car is ill handeling. It won't get on the bars instead it squats like a street stock. Thinking pull bar any second opinions? Suspension all new less than 25 laps on everything (except pull bar) thanks everybody.

Not a Ruhlman car. Made by a different manufacture.

What are your bar angles? Having the upper bars running even or downhill will cause this too.

I honestly would have to check I know the lowers are flat. The upper I believe are angeled uphill but how much I don't know will check after work.

right lower ok to be flat
left lower needs to run uphill with you in driver seat at least 5º

how much pull bar angle, and what length, and spring or bushing?
    What front clip?
    what springs?
what are your bar angles setting at ride height?
I think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.

If you jack the car up does it hit the chain or chains? How much drop out do you have on Lr? What's overall angle in LU bar at full hike?

I'm running integra shocks left side shock ahead spring behind. Right shock spring together in front. When jacking car up it will hit the chain limiter. Not sure on angle will have to check.

Increase your lr upper static to 22*. Increase drop until against chain is 45*

To achieve that angle extending the bars is the proper adjustment? Want to check to make sure the right adjustment is being made.

Get the left upper bar to go until it almost over index the birdcage. Start at 20* then let it go to 45-48*. It'll get on the bars. Just let chain out till it almost over index the cage. Trust me. You'll be fine.
