    Default RF shock question

I have a 07 blk front rocket. it has different locations to mount the top of the rf shock which allows it to be laid inboard at the top. I know this would make the spring react as if it were softer but has anyone ever used the different locations and if so what effect did it have on the car?
If your not racing on dirt it's your on asphalt!

Make sure the upper A-frame clears the shock, this is a priority. Nothing sucks more than having the ball joint dent the shock or knock the hose off it (canister shock).

Aside from that, yes leaning it in will make it softer. Aside from the changes associated with a softer spring rate, I can't comment about any changes that you'd feel, but I'm sure there are some.

And make sure the upper ctrl arm doesn't get locked into the spring! I don't recall a double mount coming on the RF on a Black Rocket, but I guess you could order.... or put what you want there. Std on a wide RF option Blue car, inside mount is baseline and common. It's more about clearance than spring rate.
