Glasgow, KY-October 2, 2016 (www.americanmodifiedseries.com)- The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series heads down the homestretch of its 2016 campaign with just three events remaining and a pair of are set to take place on Friday October 7 at Chandler Motor Speedway in Chandler, IN and Saturday October 8 with a first-ever visit to Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, IN. Both events will be 30 lap, $1,500 to win/$200 to start contests.

The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will visit Chandler Motor Speedway in Chandler, IN on Friday October 7. The tour will be in competition in a full program of practice, A-B group time trials, qualifying heats, B Mains, and a 30 lap, $1,500 to win/$200 to start A-Main event. Other divisions joining the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series in action at Chandler Motor Speedway on Friday October 7 will be the track’s Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, Mini Stocks, and Scrappers. Entry fee for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series is $50. Activities for the event at Chandler Motor Speedway on Friday October 7 will see the pit area and general admission area open at 5:00 p.m., with the drivers meeting at 7:00 p.m., followed immediately by practice, time trials, and green flag racing. All times CDT. Ticket prices for the Chandler Motor Speedway event on Friday October 7 in the general admission area will be $10 for adults, while a pit pass will be $30. The weekend concludes for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series with the tour’s first-ever visit to Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, IN on Saturday October 8 as part of the track’s Harvest Cup event. The tour will be in action in a full program of practice, A-B group time trials, qualifying heats, B-Mains, and the 30 lap, $1,500 to win/$200 to start Harvest Cup A-Main. Joining the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series in action at Tri-State Speedway on Saturday October 8 will be the MSCS Sprint Cars and MMSA Mini-Sprints. Entry fee for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series is $50. Activities for the Harvest Cup event at Tri-State Speedway on Saturday October 8 will see the pit area open at 2:30 p.m., with the general admission area open at 4:30 p.m. The drivers meeting will be at 5:45 p.m., with practice at 6:00 p.m., followed by time trials at 6:30 p.m. and racing at 7:30 p.m. All times CDT. Ticket prices for the Tri State Speedway on Saturday October 8 in the general admission area will be $20 for adults, students ages 13-18 will be $15, and children ages 12 and under will be free, while a pit pass will be $35.
