the bad part of the 2 day races are what you get on Friday night is it, because if you come Saturday night only, you will have to start in the rear of a consi, and a very little chance of getting in the race, but I do understand why promoters go for the 2 day show, its about them making a profit. I'll take the special events anyway I can get them.
You all are exactly right plus that Thursday night practice ain't going to help plus they will run about 8 or 9 classes that should do it and race till about 2 in the morning it's more trouble than it's worth.
Mr. Shirley's crew chief has spoke with SNBS tour public relations coordinator Chris Tilley and inquired about the tire rule for the event and confirmed on two different occasions that Mr. Shirley would be there.
