No idea, but encase you missed it, there are 3-4 other people involved in that suit. It is not just Scott Bloomquist.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

he might as well have the surgery cause he can't run in florida

Why can't he run anywhere in FL? He was just listed as possible on the Volusia drivers list thread. Wasn't the Gateway race UMP sanctioned also? Which he happened to win by the way as well.

I never seen one UMP rep all weekend. I don't think it was sanctioned by them, they may have ran their rules though.

that's very true if you read the rules you find out

You are correct Z. It was a non sanctioned event.

Does everybody except UMP still run the same body rules? I remember that was the whole point of the UDTRA was to standardize the rules for all races, regardless of sanction.

I am not talking about the lawsuit which the drivers dropped and was suppose to be refiled in North Carolina but has not yet. I am talking about the lawsuit over the scales not being accurate at Eldora and the one hundred thousand dollars that he thinks he deserves...

It was all wrapped up into one. It was all going to be done together. Personally, I'd drop it all, and move on. I get he feels wronged, but just move on. Unless he has some proof that isn't public, just move on.
