Fabrication question

I have a JD2 Model 3 bender. I want to get a 1 3/4" die, but I was wondering what the most popular radius sized die is for roll cage construction. Thanks in advance for any replies.

They sell a 5.5" or 6.5"............

I use a ez bend 90 and it is 6 inch.

Id go for the 6.5 myself over a 5.5, should be less metal stretch distortion etc.

I have the same JD2 bender and use the 6.5" radius for the 1.75" tube, I have found a 4.5" radius for 1.5" tube to be quite handy for bumpers, door bars, etc (I dont build 1.5" cages).
