GRT is just getting there feet wet back in the late model game, by that I mean in Joe Garrison's words getting serious. They did stuff with Payne and that, but supposedly he's starting to get more focused into the late model stuff now.

As far as touring, it takes a lot of money. And a decent amount of the chassis builders don't have a house car on a tour full time.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

I imagine they'll make schedule decisions based on how they do closer to home. If they start waxing everybody locally probably move a little deeper into the pool. Makes more sense to me than doing a header into the deep water and looking foolish.

Never met him, but he is fun to watch. That race at Whynot a couple years back was a doozie. He ain't afraid to mix it up. (I think it was Whynot, may have been Greenville. He was up on the wall, literally, at one point)

I was always a big fan of the GRT House Car when Payne was driving it (Black, Blue and Bright Yellow), but this one is excellent. Probably the best looking new car I've seen this off-season (I really like Francis' car too though).

    Thanks,
    Jeff.
