Both, actually. But Best's driver at the time (Sheppard) has already settled things with WRG. Richards wasn't the one driving when they were caught, so he's fine with WRG.

I believe so, as Brock is still suspended because he didn't pay the fine, but Brandon Sheppard paid his end and isn't suspended anymore.
