From what I could find, looks like on Feb. 20, he plead out to a simple battery, got 1 year jail, credit for 2 days served, 363 days suspended, 1 year probation. All other, and the more serious charges, were dismissed.

And our fine judicial system just encourages the crimes to continue.

I think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.
You guys do realize they pardon rapist and murderers right. I have no idea on the particulars of his case. But, sometimes people do deserve a 2nd cnance. Walk that line and good luck to him. You stray off that line, lock him up and forget about him.
