    Default Shannon Babb

Shannon Babb has released a preliminary schedule for this year. He hasn't decided on his plans for the Hell Tour yet. I also read that he's picking up a new XR1 soon. http://shannonbabb.net/schedule.html

He was supposed to start his season in Brownstown the 17th...I guess he decided to cancel that trip.

After looking at that schedule, I can definitely see why so few of guys around the Midwest choose to not follow a National tour. Those are some really good paying races without having to travel far from home.
Good luck to the Babbster. I'd bet He'll follow most, if not all of the Hell Tour. With Billy semi-retired now, Shannon will eventually become King of the Summer Nationals.

I think Bobby pierce might have something to say about that Babb hasn't been a contender for a few years

HH, your right. It's hard to pass close 5 & 10 k races to travel for 5k races.

Is it alright to reserve the right to check that winners list in 30 to 40 years. You don't count the wins, till the dealing is done. Crank them up, it's always a exciting race when you have the SN crew on a good track.

I like both drivers, but I don't understand comparing all time wins when one of the drivers is 19 or 20.

Babb just had some bad luck last year. Plus hasn't he been trying different chassis the last couple of years.

Don't count him out just yet.
