Who will be able to have a race,or try to race? Going to be a very cold one for sure.

Carolina speedway just announced that they are adjusting the start time for the Skylar Trull memorial this weekend. Start time was moved up two hours for the Saturday portion of the race. Racing Starting at 5:00

Doesnt matter what they do its still going to be cold as he!!.
