Humboldt Speedway's USMTS-sanctioned King of America Modified Nationals on Friday-Saturday, March 24th & 25th has a new twist in 2017!

The 7th annual version is a **TWO-day**, $10,000-to-win, $1000-to-start event instead of a three-day but if you like, there will be a Modified race on Thursday the 23rd too that pays $3000-to-win that you can enter separately.

If you pre-enter KoA VII by March 21st, the entry fee is $300 (goes to $400 after that). You can find the details on the entry form. The link to it is here --> http://usmts.com/downloads/entry-forms/

If you look at the payouts on that entry form, you'll see that if you make a last chance race, you get at least $300 back. C-main pays $400 and that means at least 50 teams will go home with $400 or more. The B-main pays $600 to start and the 26-car A-main pays $1000 to start.

Nice 2-day Modified paydown in that A too... $1200 for a top 10, $2000 for a top 5 and $5K for 2nd!

Thursday, March 23rd is a USMTS Central Region points race at Humboldt while the Friday-Saturday night part is non-points. It'll pay $3000-to-win on Thursday and a minimum of $250 to start the A but with it's own separate entry fee. It does make a nice practice night for the KoA though!

Want more practice? Come Wednesday, March 22nd, 6 to 9pm.

Modifieds put on great races at Humboldt Speedway located in the southeast corner of Kansas and I really can't see how any serious midwest/midsouth Modified team can skip this one... And...

***There have been SIX different winners of the KoA in SIX years!***

Shall we make it seven???
