It is no news that Obama bugged Merkel. But it is news that Wikileaks got ahold of the recordings, and it is rumored that Wikileaks is going to dump them some time today. If that happened, then obviously white hats have had enough, those kinds of recordings come from the deepest of the deep intelligence murk. TOTAL BREACH. I can confirm that this type of thing, if it ends up being real, represents an absolute breach.
