Stronger than dirt, over asphalt and three broken Swartz cars.

As a car owner, that had to be painful to watch. With over 700 dirt tracks in operation, I just don't get it.

That was brutal to watch and even more brutal on the cars. I think they need to I pack the track a few more weeks and then try racing on it again.

Did they bring the dirt from the dome with them?

I think they'll get it straightened out. Props to Schlenk, not a lot of cars, but good cars, so it's a start.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

Didn't they rip the asphalt up?

Not even close, they finished the removal 7 weeks ago. Anybody who didn't expect those track conditions last night doesn't know anything about track prep. You have to give them a few weeks to get the clay figured out. The facility is amazing. It's basically a mini Charlotte. The lighting in the parking lot is better than on most tracks. They'll get the kinks worked out and it will be a premier dirt track for sure. I don' t like sprints but the 410 and wingless racing was really good. The rough track just upset the supers too much. It'll get better. The crowd was huge, that was a good sign.

We did see the Rayburn cars are still tough.

It's a win, and probably as good a start as they could hope for. I hope he wins a bunch this year.

We made the three hour trip up. They have some kinks they need to work out but the facility is awesome. We will be back sometime.

The dirt actually came from the drag strip they were never able to finish. Just glad the place is once again open. It was especially nice to have a concrete strip in the pits & not have to crawl around on gravel.

Don't believe they owned it then but the best time wouldve been in the fall to tear up the asphalt and put clay down and let it sit over winter.
