Simpson World To Be At Toccoa FASTRAK Season Opener On Saturday

CARNESVILLE, GA – Representatives from Simpson World in Mooresville, NC will be at Toccoa Raceway in Toccoa, GA this Saturday for the FASTRAK Pro Late Model Series South East Region season opener. Simpson World will have all of the safety equipment required in the 2017 FASTRAK Pro Late Model Series rulebook.

The 2017 FASTRAK Rulebook states competitors are required to have up to date safety belts, and if they don’t have a full containment seat, they will need a Sprint Car type roll bar net for the driver’s side window. Drivers are required to have an up to date Snell date on their helmet, a head and neck restraint a full fire suit, fire retardant shoes, and fire retardant gloves.

Jessica Coulter and her staff at Simpson World of Mooresville, NC will have all of these items and more this Saturday at Toccoa Raceway, and they will also be offering a 20 percent Special Discount on specific items to all 2017 FASTRAK Members. This Special Discount is available only through the Mooresville, NC Simpson World store.

The 2017 FASTRAK SE season opener will be a 40-lap, $2,000-to-win, $250-to-start race. A stellar field of Pro Late Models are expected, as the beginning of a new season means that all drivers have a clean slate towards the $10,000 Championship. Cla Knight of North Augusta, SC is the defending FASTRAK SE Champion.

Toccoa Raceway is also a part of the FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series, and Toccoa Raceway weekly FASTRAK drivers will also begin earning points toward the $10,000 2017 FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series National Championship. The defending FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series National Champion is Toccoa Raceway regular David McCoy of Franklin, NC.
