Seemes to be...Bloomer was high and JD was low...they raced side by side for several laps. JD may have got a bit loose. Definitely wasn't intentional. Just like on lap 20 where O'Neal collected JD when he spun and JD had to go to rear. It just happened. Hats off to both for racing their way back to a top 10 finish.
