This is jesse. The P4 protested the 17 and myself. We have both tore down. They checked tires, fuel, and motor. Fuel is good. Tires are being sent to the lab. Motor is still in Impound.

I think Wendell is doing the tear down. Sucks because what it cost to tear one down doesn't pay for what it cost to have it put back together. By time you by seals and everything else you come out of pocket plus the extra labor pulling it, driving to the builder, picking it up, and putting back in. It's almost not worth it other than the fact of not being labeled a cheater. I was standing near by and heard the driver I guess who is Jessie say he planned on racing tonight and tomorrow and had a good shot to bring home more money. It's part of racing though.

That rule needs to be looked at. Seems unfair to cause a guy to miss upcoming shows.

You know going in if you get looked at your probably not racing the next night if they take all the way down that's just part of create racing. But to take 3 days before everyone knows who really won is crazy

IMO this needs to be fixed asap...when spectators leave a track they should be able to say that a certain car definitely won. Not get home and later see on social media that the real winner won't be declared for 3 days. Same with tire samples being sent off, who cares? Only have rules you can check or enforce at the track. Unfair to the fans and racers alike to drag stuff out like that.

Just to let everyone know. . . We found a motor to use for tonight. I stayed up until 7 am putting it in. We went and won at I75. We will be at Duck River for Sunday's Race.

Per boyds website. 100 bucks goes to the track. 400 to pull one head an additional 100 for other head. 100 to check cam. 100 to pull oil pan. Then 100 bucks per tire. Maybe 50 to check fuel but it doesn't state fuel protest cost.

There was a #5 crate car at Duck River not sure but I believe it was Jesse Lowe that had a faster time than some of the Lucas Supers, and got a ease win in the crate class.
