    Default oil cooler scoop

which is the best way to mount scoop for oil cooler under deck. facing forward or backward.
we mounted it forward and ran 20 degrees cooler then no scoop. but many mount it facing back.

    Face the scoop forward.
If you face it backward, it will create a vacuum and try to draw air from under the car. That would work if it weren't for the fact the everything under the car is in a vacuum if you have done you nose correctly.

Cleaned...really wish they would increase the PM space. Mine seems to always be full.

It depends on why you are running the scoop and how much cooling you need.

    i agree with BG
puller fan does more than a scoop. I have ran mine forward, backward, and no scoop.
no scoop I got the best results. because at times the scoop got full of dirt and debris blocking airflow.
I think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.
