Thumbs up Ranking the young talent in dirt late model racing. Where do they stand?

Ranking the young talent in dirt Late model racing today.
Where do they stand as far as how good they are now vs their upside and how good they might be a few years down the road?
Here are some names thought about and how good they could be and their potential.

Gregg Satterlee - Bobby Pierce - Brandon Sheppard - Tanner English - Mason Zeigler - Devin Moran - Billy Moyer Jr. - Tyler Erb - Zach Dohm - Tim Dohm Jr. - Tyler Carpenter - Max Blair - Nick Hoffman - Michael Lake - Hudson O'Neal - Brandon Overton - Other drivers?

Any others that can be added to the crop of up and coming young talent?

You have put Josh Richards in there, he is younger than Satterlee I believe. Also from our area the Hawkins Brothers.

No list is complete without that hippie Scotty Bloomquist. He's young at heart.

Brandon Overton is the best young racer out there right now, IMO. Donald McIntosh could win any time they unload as well. Of course, I dont know about Blount motorsports funding but I believe McIntosh could win RoY in either series.

I don't think Richards is "up and coming". He's been competing at a high level nationaly for awhile now.

In my eyes, Overton is at the top. He looks like he's out to earn some respect this year.
