It's probably in the best interests of both parties to just ignore that question. If he paid, great. If WRG is letting slide, that's also great. This issue really died off when the original lawsuit was scrapped. Whatever it took to move on was done and the details don't really matter at this point.

I agree that it's great to move on too, but I think it's crap if they let it slide just so the suit would go away.


And the issue died off more because of the change in tire rules , again IMO.......the tire rules were crappy, the supposed testing was weird and the whole thing had turned into a big joke..

Nope my client, Mr. Bloomquist, and WRG officials reached an out-of-court settlement. With the press release below, my client has PAID his fines and will not be pursuing the legal matter anymore!... CASE CLOSED
