Summit Racing Equipment AMS at Bloomington and Lincoln Park Postponed Due to Rain

Glasgow, KY (April 29, 2017)- The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series was set to begin the 2017 season this past weekend, but Mother Nature would have other plans and both the events scheduled at Bloomington Speedway in Bloomington, IN on Friday April 28 and Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, IN on Saturday April 29 would be postponed due to rains that made both tracks unsafe for racing action. Officials with the series and both tracks are working on possible reschedule dates and those will be announced as soon as they become available.

The 2017 season opening events for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series are now set for Saturday May 20 at Daugherty Speedway in Boswell, IN and Sunday May 21 at Kickapoo Motor Speedway in Danville, IL. Both events are 30 lap, $1,500 to win, $200 to start events.
