Tri-County Race Track Adds Bounty and Double Features for Friday May 12th

BRASSTOWN, N.C. (May 2, 2017)—Promoter Ray Cook and Tri-County Race Track in Brasstown, N.C. have announced a Bounty on Crate Late Model driver Jason Deal starting on Friday May 12th at the Western-North Carolina bullring.

Track officials would first like to congratulate Jason Deal, Crate Late Model driver, as he’s won the first three events at the track. “It’s every driver’s dream to have a bounty put on them,” said Promoter Ray Cook. Starting Friday Night May 12th, the bounty for anyone who beats Jason Deal will receive $300. This bounty will increase $100 during the three weeks of the bounty.

On May 12th, action will resume at the track for the fourth event of the season with the Southeastern Sportsman Limited Late Model Championship racing for $1,500-to-win plus a full racing program for all divisions including Super Late Models, Crate Late Models, Interstate Welding Modified Streets, Street Stocks, Pony and 602 Rookie divisions will all be on tap for the night’s activities.

In addition to a packed night of racing at Tri-County, on Friday May 12th the track will host double-features for the class with the most cars in attendance. This excludes the Southeastern Sportsman Series for Limited Late Models that night.

On Friday May 12th, both grandstand and pit gates will open at 5:00 pm with the Driver’s Meeting slated for 6:45 pm and racing to begin at around 7:00 pm. Adult General Admission is $15.00 with children 11-16 admitted for $10.00 while children ten and under are admitted for Free. Adult Pit Passes are $30.00 with children 11-16 admitted for $15.00 while children under ten are admitted for Free.
