I was thinking Chub or Boom. ....matter of fact, that 3k win Boom got last week was the first time I'd ever seen him win a race.

Seems like he's struggled ever since he was injured and sent to the hospital a season or two ago. Didn't he get a concussion and some bones broken in his face from getting hit in the head by a huge rock or large clay projectile?

I have seen Steve say he didn't know what it was. I have seen lead come off a car. It went thru major chassis tubes on 2 or 3 cars. This was a slow track. Steve would be dead. Lead came off a car before the incident and was picked up. From there, I am pretty certain the urban legend was born.

Since he hooked up with Bowyer. I'd like to see him scale back and quit touring full time, but I don't know if it would change anything.

Can't say I've dropped off any tour but I do remember in 11th grade dropping off Mary Callahan late one early Saturday morning and her granddad shooting my left tail light out as I drove out the back gate!
