CARNESVILLE, GA – Just two points separate Colby Cannon and Tyler Bare in the 2017 FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series National point standings. Cannon has 174 points and Bare has 172 after the first five weeks of competition for the $10,000 National Championship.

Cannon is also the Division 1 point leader with a four-point lead over Drew Benfield, who is also third in the FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series National standings with 170 points. Benfield took the win last Saturday night at Toccoa Raceway in Toccoa, GA.

The defending Division 3 Champion Justin Williams and Adam Smith are tied for fourth in the FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series National standings with 169 points apiece. Williams was the winner on Saturday night at Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, VA. Smith is third in the Division 1 point standings.

Derrick Harvey is sixth in the National standings with 162 points, Daniel Wilson is seventh with 159 points, Frankie Beard is eighth with 154 points, Matt Quade is ninth with 153 points, and Tyler Stutler rounds out the top ten in the FASTRAK National standings with 145 points. Stutler also leads the Division 4 point standings, and took the win on Friday night at Elkins Raceway in Kerens, WV.

In the FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series Division 1 standings after the first five weeks of competition, Cannon leads with 174 points, Benfield is second with 170 points, third-place Smith has 169 points, Harvey is fourth with 162 points, and Wilson is fifth with 159 points.

The defending FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series National Champion and Division 1 Champion David McCoy is currently tied for the sixth spot in the Division 1 standings with Parker Herring at 127 points apiece, Ricky Smith is eighth with 126 points, Beard is ninth with 121 points, and Peyton Freeman rounds out the Division 1 standings with 118 points. Kole Hardy took the FASTRAK Pro Late Model win last Saturday at Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA

FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series Division 2 standings show Tyler Arrington on top after the first five weeks of racing with 43 points, followed by Terry Cregger with 42 points, Teddy Tate with 41 points, Tommy Eastridge with 40 points, Brandon Shupe with 39 points, Kenny Peeples with 38 points, Benji Hicks with 37 points, and Brent Hilton with 11 points.

Bare leads the FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series Division 3 standings with 172 points, and Williams is second with 169 points. Quade is third with 153 points, and Corey Almond is fourth with 144 points. Davis Lipscombe holds the fifth spot with 129 points, and Mark Parks is sixth with 112 points. Seventh belongs to Jared Powell with 111 points, and Chuck Bowie is eighth with 106 points. Billy Hubbard is ninth with 105 points and Stephen Childress rounds out the top ten with 104 points.

Stutler leads the FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series Division 4 standings with 124 points and holds a seven-point lead over Sparky Davisson with 117 points. Garrett Jones with 108 points, Kyle Lukon with 89 points, Sonny Conley with 86 points, Derrick Shaw with 82 points, Henry Hornsby III with 81 points, Brandon Weigle with 79 points, Trey Watson with 77 points, and Troy Frazier with 76 points hold the third through tenth spots respectively in the FASTRAK WRS Division 4 standings.

FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series Week 6 competition will see five races in three Divisions. In Division 1, both Toccoa Raceway and Lavonia Speedway will host FASTRAK Pro Late Model events this Saturday night.

In Division 2 FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series Week 6 competition, Princeton Speedway in Princeton, WV and Wythe Raceway in Rural Retreat, VA will be in action this Saturday night. Beckley Motorsports Park in Beckley, WV is too wet to race this Friday night, and Lizard Creek Speedway in Hanover, WV is off this weekend.

Virginia Motor Speedway makes up Division 3, and they are off until June 3 for the USA 100 that will feature a $3,000-to-win FASTRAK National Touring event and a $20,000-to-win National Touring race for its sister series, the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series.

Elkins Raceway will present FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series Week 6 action this Friday night. Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, WV is off this weekend.
