The Ray Cook promoted Schaffer’s Spring Nationals presented by Sunoco and Tennessee RV makes its way to Crossville Speedway this Friday night, May 19. Some of the region’s top drivers will be competing for the $4,000 top prize. The race was originally scheduled for April 21 but was rained out.

Defending Spring Nationals champion Donald McIntosh leads the series points into Friday’s race. McIntosh won two races at Crossville in 2016. Brandon Overton is second in points driving for Crossville’s Randy Weaver. That team will be looking for a hometown win. Michael Chilton, Shanon Buckingham, Ricky Weiss, and Robby Moses are other series regulars. They will be joined by other top competitors such as Billy Ogle Jr., David Payne, Skylar Marlar, and more.

Also racing on May 19 will be sportsman late models, crate late models, and super stocks.

Gates will open at 4:00 with the driver’s meeting scheduled for 6:45 CDT.

General admission tickets are $20 for adults, kids 14 and under are free. Tier parking is $25 per person, kids 14 and under are free. Pit passes are $35 for adults.
