Izzo isn't running against them now?

It's because Tony went behind Sams back and let Josh race. That's Sam's story. We never heard Tony's.

Hopefully we haven't heard anything from Tony because he is taking the proper steps to get the money he is being fughed out of

Amen to that!

I'm glad for these two tracks but Tony did get the shaft!

I was just thinking about this as I drove by the LaSalle exit the other day. I'd say there are no races since it's only two weeks out now. Maybe he had second thoughts, or maybe he was advised (by legal counsel) not to run any shows if he is possibly looking to show a greater loss financially...? I'm sure more will be said about it at some point.
Heard he was doing the track prep at Joliet the other night. Interesting...

Something quasi-related I've thought about: What if UMP makes Izzo drop his Lucas show in order to be santioned by UMP next year? Since the track is technically "unsanctioned" this year, wouldn't that mean the track would no longer be "grandfathered in" to host Lucas shows while sanctioned by UMP? Also, would anyone be surprised if Izzo went IMCA next year? I wouldn't be. He could probably bring weekly racing back if he wanted to as an IMCA track.
Opinions are my own. Twitter.com/ShinySideUp18

Ive pounded the IMCA idea for awhile now. Hopefully it comes thru

Big picture, what night will he run and where will he pull the cars from if he runs IMCA on a weekly basis?

He could probably run on Saturdays since Davenport runs on Fridays and East Moline runs on Sundays.

I'd like to see him run a special on Sycamore's original date of Thursday June 29th. SN is at Plymouth Wednesday, the PIR date on Thursday has been cancelled if there ever was a chance of running it, and Friday they're at Terre Haute. 3 hour drive time to each track and area weekly racers would be able to run

LaSalle has announced that they will NOT race on the 16-17 after all. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?sto...id=90644211405

Ump/woo could have been smoother about the deal BUT Tony was told not to let them race and he did anyway so Tony put the shaft in himself.

Tony couldn't win. He was going to get it from one or the other.

Then it just might work.
