I'd bet good money that if you're not a card carrying member of WoO/UMP in good standing the chances of you hitting the "random" drawing of the Golden Flow Lotto is a lot better.
Would be curious to see how many they have tested in all the WRG series this season since they made a big to do about it before the season.
