FAST FACTS
Race: 5th Annual B J Parker Memorial, a race that pays tribute to the founder of the Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series in 1983. The race at Talladega Short Track will be race #8 in the 2017 Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series schedule. The 42 lap main event will pay $4,200 to win which was his car number during his racing career.

Procedure: The starting field is set for 24 cars, including provisional’s. There will be 2 SUNOCO Race Fuels qualifying groups with the top 5 from each group locked in. PPM Racing Products B Mains will determine up to 22 starters with the final two spots for highest driver in the 2017 Southern All Star Dirt Racing points standings.

Tire Rule: Hoosier 1350, 1450, 1600, 70.
