With Donnie setting up the car, Devin has a good shot at Heat #1.

This....why does a driver get punished for running good for 2 nights? Doesn't make any sense.

The problem with inverting for heats like this is typically Eldora doesn't get real racey until the 3rd or 4th heat when multiple grooves come in and it's easier to pass. The cars in the first 3 or 4 heats are at a huge disadvantage compared to the cars in the last 4 heats. I will be a lot harder for cars like Scott, Madden, and Lannigan to move up compared to a cars like Oneil and BShep.

Way the tracks been, I don't think it'll be an issue to move up if your cars good at all. Very stacked heats and looks like a typical line up, the fastest guys are starting row 3, usually how I have always seen the line ups at Eldora.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

I would think they'll run hotlaps so the track will be racey for the first heat.

It says optional hot laps. Which most guys will probably do.

Thanks for the info. Hoping for a first time dream winner tonight. I don't care who. Last year was a great story line.
