Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series at Moler June 23, Florence June 24

Glasgow, KY- June 15, 2017 (www.americanmodifiedseries.com) - The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will return to action after a couple of weeks off with a weekend doubleheader of racing action as the tour will visit Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, OH on Friday June 23 and Florence Speedway in Union, KY on Saturday June 24. Both series events will be 30 laps and pay $1,500 to win and $200 to start.

The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will visit Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, OH on Friday June 23 and the tour will be in competition in a full program of practice, A-B group time trials, qualifying heats, B Mains, and a 30 lap, $1,500 to win/$200 to start A-Main event. Other divisions joining the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series in action at Moler Raceway Park on Friday June 23 will be the track’s Late Model, Cohen Recycling Crazy Compacts, and Diamond Cut Lawn Care Sport Mod divisions. Entry fee for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series is $50. All drivers that start a B-Main, but do not transfer to the A-Main, will receive $50 tow money.

The following evening on Saturday June 24, the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will visit Florence Speedway in Union, KY. The tour will be in competition in a full program of practice, A-B group time trials, qualifying heats, B Mains, and a 30 lap, $1,500 to win/$200 to start A-Main event. Other divisions joining the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series in action at Florence Speedway on Saturday June 24 will be the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals Bonus Series Super Late Models racing for $10,000 to win, along with the track’s Phoenix Comfort Systems Pure Stock and Hornet divisions. Entry fee for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series is $50. All drivers that start a B-Main, but do not transfer to the A-Main, will receive $50 tow money.

Activities for the Friday June 23 event at Moler Raceway Park will see the pit area and general admission area open at 4:30 p.m. The drivers meeting will be at 7:00 p.m., with practice laps set to start at 7:15 p.m., followed immediately by time trials and green flag racing. All times EDT. Ticket prices for Moler Raceway Park on Friday June 23 in the general admission area will be $15 for adults, children ages 6 to 10 will be $5, and children ages 5 and under are free. A pit pass will be $35.

Activities for the Saturday June 24 event at Florence Speedway will see the pit area open at 4:00 p.m. and general admission area open at 5:00 p.m. The drivers meeting will be at 5:15 p.m., with practice laps set to begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by time trials and racing at 7:00 p.m. All times EDT. Ticket prices for Florence Speedway on Saturday June 24 in the general admission area will be $25 for adults and children ages 6 to 11 will be $5. A pit pass will be $40.
