Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series at Moler Raceway Park Rained Out

Glasgow, KY- June 23, 2017- The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series was set to kick off a weekend doubleheader of racing action at Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, OH on Friday June 23, but rains that moved through the area on Thursday and a forecast for more rain on Friday has led to the event being postponed. The track and series officials will look to see if a suitable make-up date can be secured to work for both the track and the series.

The remaining event of the doubleheader weekend of racing action at Florence Speedway in Union, KY is still on schedule to take place at this time. The June 24 event at Florence Speedway will see the series in a full program of racing competition that will culminate with a 30 lap, $1,500 to win event for the tour, along with a $10,000 to win event for the Super Late Models of the Southern Nationals Bonus Series, plus the track’s Pure Stock and Hornet divisions.

The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series presents UMP Dirt Car Modified sanctioned dirt track entertainment at racing venues throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.
