I was going through pictures i have taken and came across this one. Imagine how the sanctioning bodies would have flipped out if this car showed up.

Scroll down to manage attachments, click on that then on choose file. Find your picture then I think double click on it so it attaches it, then hit upload. Click close window. If your picture is too big it won't work. You'll have to crop it down. Once you upload it, it'll tell you and then what ever format it is in look and see if it meets the standard in the attachment key. Then you'll still have to type a message at least 10 characters long
